Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll get a confirmation email straight away, and a second email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times & cost
- Worldwide: 5-8 Business Days — Free On Orders Over 60$.
Delivery times are estimates from the day your order ships, not the day you place it.
Tracking your order
Once your order's on the way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. You can also find it anytime in your account.
Delays
Occasionally things outside our control — weather, courier backlogs, busy holiday periods — can slow a delivery down. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 days of the estimate, email us at support@soothel.co and we'll chase it down for you.
Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. No runaround.
